BIG places a high emphasis on the training of new analysts each year through the Junior Analyst Program. This year-long program teaches freshman and sophomore students valuation methodologies and investment strategies, building toward equity research and analysis with an emphasis on crafting thesis-driven presentations for monthly pitch cycles.

Members of the Boulevard Investment Group who are promoted at the end of the Junior Analyst Program historically have a 100% interview-to-acceptance rate into the Alternative Asset Management and Portfolio Practicum programs. These same students have a 100% job placement rate after undergrad with a focus on investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, and asset management firms.
